Come & join our team as an E-commerce Project Manager! This role requires a blend of project management skills, e-commerce expertise, and effective communication to ensure the timely and high-quality delivery of projects. Day-to-day tasks: Managing existing customer base Determining, testing and identifying the gaps of the customer websites Analysing the development requests and creating detailed tickets in our own ticket handling platform Creating and managing sprints of the development team Taking responsibility and helping customers to go live Ensuring quality and delivering the best solutions Keeping track of all the customers and do scheduled follow-ups Updating user manuals and helping to create newsletters Training and doing demos about the platform to new and potential customers Planning and organising marketing and sales campaigns for e-commerce target customers Requirements: At least 2 yrs of experience in the field of e-commerce & Project Management Good usage of design programs and computers Knowledge and interest in e-commerce technologies Very good English & Estonian language Good communication & negotiation skills Experience with Jira or any other ticket handling system Any experience with Netsuite, Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento etc. is a big plus Why Erply?
