Civil Works Site Manager – Site Supervisor Locations: # Dâmbovița | #Arges | #Vaslui and #Constanța Counties Projects: Wind and Solar Farms Duration: January 2025 – December 2026 (with possibility for mobilization in other projects) Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm (1-hour lunch break) Company Overview: At EPCM10 , we dedicate our expertise to delivering superior project management services tailored to our clients’ needs. Responsibilities: · Manage and supervise civil works; · Review plans and specifications according to plan; · Set project timeline and permitting to attain construction readiness · Liaison with Public Entities during construction; · Monitor project deliverables; · Works management and supervision; · Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress; · Coach, manage and support project team members with tasks you assign them; · Accountability for day-to-day management of existing projects; · Managing optimization and implementation of Permits, Design and Construction; · Provide technical advice to staff designer, supervisor, inspector, and contracting service provider, regarding Civil Works; · Analyze construction engineering problems and formulate solutions; · Identify problems in design, plan, manage and deliver multiple projects; · Continually review the contractor’s construction schedule during the progress of the site works with regards to civil works and report to the Project Manager on the same; · Review the Contractor’s installation method statements. · Where required prepare technical clarifications to the tendered design to suit specific on-site construction and coordination issues; · Attend project, site progress, and any mechanical services-related technical meetings as directed by the project manager. What we are looking for: · Degree level qualifications in Civil Engineering with knowledge in Industrial projects Design; · Ability to work independently with remote management and take responsibility for project delivery; · Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines without compromising safety or quality; · Strong attention to detail, accurate and methodical in work; · Strong verbal, written and organizational skills; · Good command of English (spoken and written); · Computing skills, MS office & MS project and AutoCAD; · At least 3-5 years’ experience in construction and/or Design of Wind or Solar Farms Benefits: Health insurance, Daily allowance, Company car for traveling to the sites, Temporary relocation assistance for non-local candidates Show more Show less
