Job Descripti on A File Transmission Engineer specializing in CFT (Cross File Transfer) and Axway products is responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of secure file transfer systems. This role involves ensuring the reliable, efficient, and secure transmission of files between systems and customer organizations. The engineer works closely with internal teams and external partners to manage and optimize file transfer solutio ns. Experience and Requireme nts: Axway product experience at L2 and L3 level, support any file transfer issue and coordinate with respective stakehol ders.In-depth knowledge of CFT (Cross File Transfer) and Axway products (Axway SecureTransport, Axway Gateway, and Axway Secure relay etc).Strong understanding of file transfer protocols (FTP, SFTP, FTPS, HTTP/S e tc.).Experience with secure file transfer configurations and manage ment.Understanding of networking, security, and encryption conc epts.Knowledge/experience working with collaboration tools (Jira, Confluence, Jira, ServiceNow, Agile ski lls).Good knowledge of English (written and spo ken).Knowledge of French language (spoken and written) would be a plus.Certifications related to file transfer products (e.g., Axway Certified Professional) are a plus.Nice to have In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Linux servers, IBM Z & IBM I to install and configure Axway Pro ductsBusiness hour support and also oncall for critical issues by 24*7 Show more Show less
