Main Responsibilities: Boost Competitiveness: Collaborate with the Commodity team to drive cost reductions and enhance the company’s market position; NPI & VE-Resourcing: Lead and manage supplier selection for new product introductions and value engineering projects; Ensure timely delivery of project goals, including cost, milestones, and design compliance; Innovate & Optimize: Identify resource opportunities, contribute to value engineering initiatives, and execute productivity actions aligned with annual operating plans; Post-SOP Management: Oversee supplier engineering changes and secure savings during the first year post-award; Supplier Coordination: Collect and analyze capacity data, acting as the primary point of contact for supplier operations; Issue Resolution: Address logistics, capacity, and quality issues as the first point of contact for the plant supply chain and quality teams; Financial Oversight: Negotiate charge-back amounts and implement mitigation strategies to manage financial risks; Compliance Support: Assist in gathering trade, compliance, and sustainability information.
