In this role you will: Prepare the agenda, animate weekly advancement meetings with the project members and the suppliers; Supervising the execution of the project in accordance with the established contractual terms (ensure the compliance of schedules and deliverables); Working across departments and coordinate advancements of projects; Acts as a resource for project team members and supports with data, analysis, and root causes of schedule variances; Ensures reports for other functions and customers accurately reflect status of project equipment; Uses knowledge of best practices and how equipment schedule integrates with other source systems to solve issues as they arise. Your profile: Technical or Economic degree; Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the field; Proficiency level in or ; You are at the beginning of your career or already implicated in this field; Must be a team-oriented person with a “can do” attitude; You master the basics of Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel); Ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities is important; Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills; Goal orientation; Medium/Advanced MS Project , Primavera P6 , Planisware , Jira skills nice to have, but is not mandatory; A good motivation to start this journey with us.
