We are seeking a Technical Product Owner to bridge the gap between our technical teams and business stakeholders. This role focuses on defining product requirements, managing backlogs, and ensuring the successful delivery of technical solutions that align with business goals. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to drive product development in an Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap. Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and priorities. Maintain alignment between product strategy and technical feasibility. Backlog Management Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure backlog items are refined, estimated, and ready for development. Technical Collaboration Act as a liaison between engineering, design, and business teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions. Provide technical input to feature design, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability. Collaborate with architects and engineers to resolve technical challenges. Agile Practices Serve as the Product Owner in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives. Stakeholder Communication Communicate technical constraints, trade-offs, and decisions clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Provide regular updates on product progress, risks, and delivery timelines. Gather feedback to iteratively improve the product. Data-Driven Decision-Making Leverage analytics, user feedback, and market research to inform decisions. Define and track success metrics for product features and initiatives. Required Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). 3-5+ years experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager, or similar technical role. 3-5+ years experience in a Engineer, Developer, or similar technical role. Proven experience working in Agile development environments. Hands-on experience with tools like Gitlab, JIRA, Confluence, or equivalent. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and contribute to technical discussions. Experience managing APIs, cloud-based platforms, or other software products. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail.
