About the Role As our Finance Manager, you will be a pivotal figure in shaping the financial strategy and optimizing operations within a fast-paced international environment. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will collaborate closely with senior management, lead a third-party accounting team, and provide valuable insights to drive business decisions. Key Responsibilities Strategic Financial Leadership Serve as a trusted advisor to management by providing in-depth financial analysis and strategic recommendations. Drive profitability calculations for products, services, customers, and projects. Partner with functional leaders for monthly business reviews, forecasting, and annual budgeting processes. Financial Reporting and Analysis Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, ensuring sustainable growth and business transparency. Lead financial planning processes, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting cycles. Manage cost accounting processes, including production cost assessments and inventory valuation. Compliance and Governance Ensure adherence to IFRS, Swedish accounting standards, and tax regulations. Coordinate statutory audits and reporting requirements, including transfer pricing compliance. Strengthen internal controls over financial reporting. Operational Management Oversee third-party accounting operations, including vendor payments, payroll, and tax submissions. Facilitate due diligence and financial evaluations for acquisition targets and investment opportunities. Who We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Accounting, or related field. 5+ years of experience in finance, with a strong background in forecasting, operational planning, and business reviews. Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with ERP systems. Knowledge of IFRS, Swedish accounting, and tax principles. Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication skills in both Swedish and English, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and cross-culturally. Why Join Genovis?
