To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E What You’ll Do Responsible for the smooth operation of the SMT line and master of its equipment (conveyor system, laser marking, printer, SPI, pick&placement, reflow, AOI) Responsible and leader to NPI activities and sample/prototype/pilot buids together with quality and production Creating work instructions for equipments/ processes Responsible for solving technical problems as part of the escalation process Involvement in the planning of layouts and in the installation of the equipment in case of new acquisitions, changing and transferring from other production units Write technical specifications and interact with equipment suppliers Collaborate with the production team for optimizing the process, including defining new requests and process Active member of cost-out projects, develop and improve the programs used by production equipment Providing technical support and training for technicians Participate to pre-acceptance and final acceptance procedures Member of PFMEA and Process Control analysis team Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Technical University Electrotechnics/Electronics/Mechanical Engineering At least 3 years of proven experience with SMT processes Skills Understanding of the electronic PCBA industry Very good knowledge of printer and pick&placement processes, specialized for Panasonic brand is a plus Good knowledge of AOI programming and optimization, specialized for Cyberoptics brand is a plus Good knowledge of soldering profile for reflow oven Knowledge related to laser marking and SPI equipment’s Committed to continuous improvement Have a professional and accurate approach to work Disciplined, responsible and enthusiastic Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus What We Offer Competitive compensation and benefits package Challenging projects in dynamic collaborative team We make your aspirations matter – Eaton encourages internal promotion, whenever possible We make your growth matter – We invest in our employees for the long term – not just with salary and benefits, but with ongoing learning and development opportunities made available through Eaton University We make your contributions matter – reliability, safety, efficiency, and sustainability are at the core of our dedication to improving people’s lives and the environment through power management technologies We make your welbeing matter – We put your health and safety first.
