Job Description: As a dedicated leader, you will be managing and developing a high-performing team by fostering technical and soft skills, ensuring ︉︂︊︎️︉️︇︂︆︄︃︁︁︎︌︈︂︇︍︈︆︅️︊︄︈︌︊︎︂︎exceptional service delivery, and maintaining effective communication and collaboration across all project stakeholders. Responsibilities : Manage and coach individuals under direct supervision, ensuring they possess the necessary technical competencies and soft skills to provide ︁︄︇︁︆︁︁︃︀︁︉︉effective support for projects and enhance the effectiveness of available knowledge and training content. Develop team members through coaching and mentoring, and evaluate their performance. Work closely with relevant parties, including Project Specialists and management roles, to ensure that service delivery to customers meets the highest standards in accordance with Stefanini’s quality and project-related procedures and work instructions. Report progress, issues, and challenges to the appropriate parties, and provide suggestions to optimize services offered and work processes. Support launch activities for new projects or the expansion of existing accounts. Maintain continuous direct interaction with clients. Foster cooperation and team spirit by assessing trainers and advising on selection and training needs. Ensure effective internal communication by holding monthly team meetings, one-on-one meetings, and team-building activities. Participate in recruitment processes, including interviews and feedback sharing. Support team members in case of problems or escalation, serving as the first point of contact for escalated queries or issues related to infrastructure, network, or systems. Onboard new starters, introducing them to the team, their tasks, and their roles. Play an important role in the quality process specific to the project. Requirements: Prior working experience as a People Manager is mandatory; English proficiency is a must (spoken and written); Soft skills: strong communication abilities, results orientation, planning and organizing skills, leadership – people management skills, analytical approach, self-starter. Planning and organizing: orchestrates and implements clear, efficient and logical approaches to work and to manage assignments and objectives. Problem solving: compares and relates data from different sources and identify key issues and trends with a view to resolve customer problems. Questions in a persevering manner to discover underlying issues until the failure or problem is clear; is direct and assertive. Attention to detail: ensures quality in work delivered; has a critical eye on his work.
