Currently, we are searching for a position of Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Serbian company, Salus International d.o.o., Beograd. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Purchasing and Logistics Manager at Salus Group in Belgrade, Serbia. The role involves managing purchase orders, procurement processes, inventory management, and overall purchase operations. The Purchasing and Logistics Manager will coordinate purchasing activities and optimize inventory levels to support the company’s operations efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier negotiations, logistics, and warehouse organization. Develop and maintain an efficient purchasing portfolio and inventory management system. Establish and implement commercial policies in collaboration with suppliers. Ensure optimal stock levels and adjust strategies based on market needs. Build and maintain strong partnerships with domestic and international suppliers. Lead a team, ensuring efficient collaboration and adherence to relevant standards. Contribute to corporate culture and support the company’s development projects. Monitor regulatory compliance and stay updated on market trends. What We’re Looking For: University degree in Economics or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement or logistics roles. Proficiency in English and/or German. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools. Valid driver’s license (B category).
