As part of its continued expansion, the company seeks a Maintenance Unit Manager for his international projects dedicated to maintenance-related activities, which represents a great opportunity to work on a large iconic cultural project. The Goppion Maintenance Unit Manager is responsible for scope, schedule, and profitability of the project assigned to him/her. He/she implements projects of customised museum display cases, which involve the management of a big team of specialist and suppliers. He/she is therefore a technician with management competences, with a strong technical knowledge of the company’s products and their suitability for the project. The main tasks include: Organizing and Coordinating Maintenance Processes Managing and Coordinating with the Client on Maintenance Operations Contract management, project scheduling, organization of internal and external resources of the project Project risks assessment and prevention Control and compliance with quality standards Control and management of project budget and cash flow Management on site installation up to the take-over to the Client Candidate’s experience and qualifications: Previous experience of at least 10 – 15 years in a similar position in international organizations working in quality building construction Advanced university degree in engineering, management or similar Full Professional Proficiency in Italian and English, French is a plus Excellent use of Office applications, Project, Experience in technical review Strong leadership skills Excellent communication and organizational skills Have a good understanding on how to achieve the highest quality of products and delivery Primary place of work: Trezzano sul Naviglio ( Milano).
