What You’ll Be Doing: Overall responsible for park equipment and facilities and daily maintenance, responsible for the routine installation of water, electricity, gas and equipment of the company, supervise and carry out routine inspection and elimination of safety hazards, and put forward rectification plans in time; Manage and maintain the company’s water, gas and electricity, and ensure normal operation and maintenance； Carry out routine inspection, maintenance and feedback report on dormitory electricity consumption; Simple maintenance of company equipment; Responsible for the maintenance of power generation room or related electrical equipment; Timely handle and report maintenance orders submitted by various departments; Put forward a reasonable purchase list involving some materials required for water, electricity and gas installation, and keep the excess materials in time and make an inventory list for management and control at any time in order to save materials; Other tasks or temporary tasks assigned by superiors. Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical, electrical, or mechanics. 3 years or more of relevant work experience. Able to read architectural, mechanical, electrical, and fire protection drawings; familiar with special equipment management knowledge. Experience in special equipment management, basic electrical equipment repair skills, proficient in office software. Show more Show less
