Responsibilities: Responsible for repairing defective boards returned from suppliers； Provide technical support for the repair and disposal of defective PCBA and complete machines in the factory； Responsible for the management of maintenance spare parts and materials, including application, requisition and write-off； Follow up the repair progress of products and materials returned from the market and coordinate； Regularly train technicians and assemblers on maintenance knowledge and systematize training materials； Regular maintenance and supervision of test tools, tooling and equipment, and timely feedback if any abnormal situation is found; Responsible for the construction, testing and maintenance of the test platform; OA, HR system related process. We’re Looking for Someone Who: Major in mechanical, power electronics, Electrical automation, Industrial engineering. At least 3 years working experience in manufacturing plant, experience in large cabinet assembly is preferred. Be familiar with process development process, can independently complete product process design. Must be ethical, meticulous, strong communication ability and team spirit.
