Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Portfolio Planner to drive strategic planning and optimization actions across multiple geographies. We are looking for a highly proactive candidate with strong written and oral communication skills and industry experience who values collaboration, integrity, and our clients’ ultimate satisfaction with the services we provide. Your Responsibilities: Analyze the client real estate portfolio and develop strategies and plans to achieve long-term operational and financial goals Collaborate with the C&W platform, C&W service line functions, and stakeholders within the client’s organization to develop the right solutions for our clients and to drive approval and implementation Lead and facilitate meetings to obtain direction, alignment, and buy-in Assist in efforts to leverage insights, collaboration, and delivery to ensure that we are the industry leader in product innovation Support client annual planning, budget development, and decisions Provide summary analyses, write and coordinate engaging client reports and deliverables, manage quality control review of deliverables produced Possess collaborative, inclusive, engaging, inquisitive, and creative demeanor Your Profile: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Real Estate; Master’s degree preferred 6-10 years of progressive consulting and/or solution development experience required Applicable understanding of commercial real estate practices is strongly preferred Strong background and proven experience with portfolio strategy/planning Proficiency in finance and accounting concepts, as well as financial modeling, is essential for success in this position Ability to handle large amounts of data, identify key information, and provide insightful recommendations to all levels within the organization with minimal direction Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information Superior understanding of business concepts and the ability to creatively apply these to varying client needs Ability to influence and manage clients using superior relationship-building, communication, and leadership skills Quality engagement of clients, partners, and prospects; maintain professional, positive, well-documented client communications Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills What we can offer: Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefit package The benefit package includes cafeteria, mental and physical health care package, community bike ticket, and loyalty-based elements Hybrid work environment Additional holidays to compensate for Hungarian public holidays falling on a weekend Great learning and development opportunities Modern, award-winning office with a view of the Danube Central location, excellent public transport Youthful and supportive work environment A steadily growing, 100+ year-old international company We foster a culture of inclusion that embraces the unique strengths, perspectives, and experiences of all our employees.
