The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base. Responsibilities: Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with company objectives. Handle employment contracts, payroll, and other administrative HR tasks. Provide support and advice to management on labor-related issues and resolutions. Monitor and maintain HR documentation, including attendance, leave records. Support recruitment processes as needed, including screening and interviewing candidates. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience in labor relations or HR administration. Strong understanding of Hungarian labor law and employment regulations. Fluency in English (mandatory) and proficiency in Chinese (advantageous). Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
