About BYD Auto Hungary On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base. BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic Logistics Specialist to join our Auto Parts Division. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for receiving (booking information summary), creating booking documents based on the summary to book with carriers, checking booking confirmations, arranging supplementary booking information, and verifying bills of lading. Responsible for distinguishing between general cargo and dangerous goods in logistics, guiding factories in preparing transportation certifications, MSDS, and other materials required for shipping dangerous goods. Responsible for arranging vehicle pickups based on TMS logistics requirements submitted by KD/factory business units. Responsible for cost control and implementation of import and export logistics transportation for the Technology Division, including the statistics, analysis, and management of excess freight costs. Responsible for managing and handing cargo damage in international logistics transportation for the Technology Division. Responsible for supervising carriers to upload signed documents in the TMS system. Responsible for reconciling logistics costs with carriers and arranging payment of costs.Familiar with the inspection process and quality management process, meet the visual inspection vision without high myopia, no color blindness; Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree of above, preferably in International Trade or related fields; proficiency in English and Hungarian is required, fluency in Chinese is a pus. Familiarity with international logistics policies and regulations, with at least 1 year of relevant experience. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills; clear thinking, excellent execution, and a strong sense of responsibility.
