About BYD Auto Hungary On 22 December 2023, BYD announced the construction of a new energy vehicle production base in Szeged, Hungary, which will be built in phases. The new production base is planned to adopt globally advanced process equipment and highly automated production processes to create a world-leading new energy vehicle manufacturing base. BYD Auto Hungary is looking for a versatile and dynamic After-sales service Engineer to join our Auto Parts Division. Key Responsibilities: Responsible for collecting and conducting preliminary analysis of product quality information from after-sales clients (assembly plants, 4S shops, and the market). Responsible for on-site verification and handling of after-sales issues. Analyze the causes of after-sales quality problems, formulate corrective actions, and follow up on their implementation. Confirm, summarize, and analyze warranty claim data (quantities, costs, etc.) and drive improvement actions. Collect, organize, and draft related standards and guidelines, such as product feature introductions, common fault diagnosis and repair procedures, and user manuals. Handle the verification of returned warranty parts and track the return of express packages. Confirm and review information related to IQS, breakdowns, and warranty parts; maintain and follow up on ACR/RCS issues and analyze their effectiveness. Address major after-sales issues, including OTA updates, part replacements, and upgrades. Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required: Bachelor’s degree or above, with more than 3 years of work experience; proficiency in English and Hungarian is required, and fluency in Chinese is preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in using office software. Basic knowledge of the products being manufactured and an understanding of their fundamental process characteristics.
