Job Description Your responsibilities include, but not limited to: Establish and develop long-term relationships with key customers. Expand relationships with existing customers and build strong business relations with new customers to achieve sales targets. Working out solutions for Customer/Accounts in the responsible therapeutical and geographical area in-line with company priorities and goals Have a deep understanding in the respective specialist area and priority products. Maintain and enhance knowledge of products, product strategy, positioning, key messages, programs, company developments, customers and competitors. Organize customer events and other programs independently or with marketing/medical department, in line with agreed business tactical plans Project management in responsible territory (e.g. demo devises) Providing strategic insight and information on market environment to Marketing, Medical, Access & Pricing Affairs Providing leadership attitude and high responsibility to all aspects related to account management. Developing deep understanding of the account. Defining objectives, working out strategy and leading implementation of account action plan: Profiling- implementing analytics based on available databases, gathering all relevant data and KPIs to understand the account potential (e.g. epi data, account capacity, drivers & barriers) Targeting- defining the roles and their impact within account Creating and implementing action plan based on a potential impact and Customer/Account needs Regular monitoring and tracking of Customer/Account development using specially developed templates and KPIs Monitoring the implementation of financial frames withing account when relevant (quotas ordering and usage, stock and potential demand) Ensuring coordination and alignment with all functional groups within account. KOL management. Taking active part in brand strategy meetings Ensuring appropriate documentation Performing according to Sandoz compliance and regulations Ensuring the accurate and timely completion of relevant reports Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to SANDOZ products within 24 hours of receipt Key Performance Indicators Achieving cycle sales target for all promoted brands Preparing explicit long term account plan for key accounts using account template Performing calls according to the cycle promo grid Keeping panel up to date and working out appropriate target panel for the upcoming cycle Preparing weekly visits’ plan and ensuring timely reporting on performed visits Preparing appropriate documentation related to performed projects Being owner of the account as the project Collaboration within KAM and X-Team Establishing robust and long term relations with customers Timely reflection and communication on market changes or needs What You’ll Bring To The Role Health Care Sciences Professional (e.g., Medical Doctor, Nurse) or equivalent education Key account management experience Sales experience in multinational companies Team management experience is preferred Experience with cardiologists and pulmonologists is preferred Skills Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills – ability to interact at different levels in a professional and positive manner Self-driven personality and ability to manage activities in a solution oriented and independent manner Well-organized, detail-oriented – efficient in approach and able to deal with multiple priorities Curiosity and learning agility – eagerness to develop oneself and to find ways to increase work efficiency by using modern tools and technology Excellent communication and sales skills – proactive and decisive mindset Languages Hungarian – native English Commitment To Diversity & Inclusion Sandoz is committed to building an outstanding, inclusive work environment and diverse team’s representative of the patients and communities we serve.
