In this role, you’ll be part of the IT & Digitalisation team, leading digital projects that impact over 1,500 colleagues across Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Poland and Iceland. You’ll be key in delivering user-friendly, effective digital solutions while contributing to our transformative journey. About The Role As part of our PMO team, you will: Lead diverse digital projects from planning to delivery. Manage project teams, timelines, and budgets. Drive the successful implementation of digitalisation initiatives. Your Profile We’re looking for a project manager with: Experience: A strong background in managing digitalisation and organisational change projects, including: Requirements specification. Process optimisation. Organisational change management. Skills: Excellent communication abilities in English and the capacity to collaborate with users, technicians, and senior management.
