Assist in the preparation and updating of work plans to ensure alignment with lean planning principles. Support the planning and management of material orders, ensuring timely availability for the site. Communicate effectively with team members, sharing information and data efficiently. Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines, contributing to project timelines and goals. Candidate Profile: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Autodesk tools. Solid understanding of engineering principles, concepts, and methodologies. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities. Effective communication skills for sharing technical information clearly. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-based environment.
