As an Order Management Specialist , you will be responsible for managing the customer/partner backlog, ensuring timely order delivery within agreed SLAs, and providing backlog analysis and reports. You will handle claims, exceptions, and special requests, ensure orders are invoiced and closed, minimize financial disputes, and maximize revenue through collaboration. You will act as the primary contact for customer inquiries on order status, offer guidance on order management, and interface with internal teams to provide status updates and support with coaching and training. Work on moderately complex problems and projects. Exercise independent judgment within established practices and procedures. Provide analysis of information and limited project direction as a team member. Follow established guidelines and interpret policies. Evaluate unique situations and make recommendations. Hold a first level university degree or equivalent experience. Typically 2-4 years of relevant experience in related fields. Relevant fields include supply chain, customer service, procurement, and financial management. Act as an informed team member in business related tasks.
