Implement the sales plan by formulation on-site sales action plans and providing feedback to the problems encountered in the implementation process. Manage and support distributor prices and strategies based on market share and competitive product analysis. Improve the distributors’ network sales capacity. Manage the retail process (leads/test drive/potential customers/order and delivery/sales script). Work with Sales team members and cross functional departments. Prioritize sales and logistics planning experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in business or related field required. Minimum of 2 years experience in Automotive industry. Proven track record in business development and key account management. Diverse national customer network experience. Positive leadership skills. Strong communication and motivation skills. High level of personal integrity. Familiar with the use of Word, Excel, PPT, and other common office software. Fluency in English and the local language required.
