Location: Prague, Czech Republic Contract duration: 24 months with possible extension Working model : Hybrid (3days a week in the office) Kelly FSP is recruiting for a Senior Talent Sourcing Partner located in Prague, for one of our top 5 pharma clients . Th e Senior Talent Sourcing Partner โ Phar ma is responsible for the identification & delivery of exceptional professional and executive-level candidates for our client’s critical talent priorities globally. To achieve success, this Talent Acquisition professional will utilize strategic sourcing methodologies, business intelligence, internal and external networks, professional organizations, social media, branding initiatives, and technology tools to identify, engage, and recruit external talent prospect s. In this role, you wi ll:Join Global Talent Sourcing organization focused on the successful identification, attraction, and development of passive & active talent prospec ts.Demonstrate creative thinking and innovation to develop and deliver highly effective sourcing strategi es.Be a resourceful and consultative relationship builder by partnering with Talent Acquisition team members to understand talent prioriti es.Use multiple capabilities including digital talent development, innovative technology, data, research, and analytical insights to drive the client’s talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines through the Beamery TRM syst em.Interview & assess candidates and present a qualified shortlist for open positions and proactive pipelin es.Own the development of innovative digital outreach campaigns (via social media, email outreach, etc .).Work closely with our internal Talent Insights team to enhance talent development outcomes based on external market research and da ta. Qualifications requi red:A minimum of a Bachelorโs deg ree.A minimum of 4 years of relevant Talent Acquisition experie nce.Experience creating talent pipelines for varying functions & levels through multiple chann els.The ability to speak, read, and write fluently in Engl ish.Strong communication skills and ability to influence key talent acquisition partners and internal stakeholders across an organizat ion.A proven track record of developing and executing creative candidate identification strategies that result in the identification and delivery of high-caliber, professional & executive tal ent.Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (i.e., TALEO) and search management syst ems.Excellent talent assessment and interviewing ski lls.Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and make decisions in a business cont ext.Experience with market intelligence tools and telling stories with market d ata. Prefe rred:Talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience filling senior-level positions across various global locat ions.Knowledge of social media, digital marketing, and employee bran ding.Previous Medical Affairs or Clinical Development recruiting or sourcing experience is prefe rred.
