Role description: Finding tenants for our portfolio in Prague, with main focus on industrial portfolio (CTPark Prague West, CTPark Prague North, CTPark Žatec, CTPark Chomutov and CTPark Česká Lípa). This includes cold calls, mails, meetings, presentations and negotiations. Identification of suitable acquisition targets Building and maintaining a network of contacts – cooperation with real estate agents, consultants, representatives of state authorities and clients. Negotiating terms with existing and potential clients and coordinating internal resources to close deals.
