Responsibilities Service equipment at customer sites, including warranty and paid services Follow instructions from the TCS manager Travel area will cover an approximate 40 km radius from Prague Handle customer orders, inquiries, and complaints Install new devices for customers Provide specialized technical support Collaborate with third-party service providers Assist in company projects as needed Requirements Secondary school education in electrical engineering At least 1 year of experience in electrical engineering Certification for working with electrical equipment Valid driving license Team player with good communication skills Eager to learn and adapt to changes Reliable, precise, and skilled in using tools Basic PC skills Knowledge of English is an advantage Odpovědnosti Servis zařízení: Provádění údržby a oprav u zákazníků, včetně záručních a placených služeb Dodržování pokynů: Dodržování pokynů a směrnic od manažera TCS Cestování: Pokrytí oblasti s přibližným poloměrem 40 km od Prahy Interakce se zákazníky: Řešení objednávek, dotazů a stížností zákazníků Instalace: Instalace nových zařízení u zákazníků Technická podpora: Poskytování specializované technické pomoci Spolupráce: Spolupráce s poskytovateli služeb třetích stran Pomoc při projektech: Podpora firemních projektů podle potřeby Požadavky Vzdělání: Středoškolské vzdělání v oboru elektroinženýrství Zkušenosti: Minimálně 1 rok zkušeností v oboru elektroinženýrství Certifikace: Certifikace pro práci s elektrickým zařízením Řidičský průkaz: Platný řidičský průkaz Týmový hráč: Dobré komunikační schopnosti a schopnost pracovat v týmu Přizpůsobivost: Ochota učit se a přizpůsobovat se změnám We understand that not every candidate will possess every desired qualification listed above.
