You support our team as Customer Service Representative (f/m/d) Responsibilities Develop a proactive and personalized relationship with the customers for whom you are responsible, understand their needs and constraints, answer their questions about our company’s products or services, process their requests and propose corrective actions to ensure their satisfaction and the achievement of the company’s objectives. Ensure in SAP the processing of orders, monitoring of order preparation, invoicing, control of accounts receivable, management of returns, management of the customer database, prices, and general conditions. Manage the level of service and delivery times and provide ongoing assistance to the customers for whom you are responsible, in conjunction with the field sales representative, the logistics department, the warehouse and carriers, in order to secure on-time delivery to customers and propose possible improvement solutions. Collaborate daily with the sales department to ensure the proper implementation of the commercial plan and field actions. Work in collaboration with the Marketing department to ensure the proper implementation of launches. Work in collaboration with the logistics department to check backorders and inform customers. Handle customer complaints, ensuring an effective solution to the complaint and a rapid closure of the process. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree 1-2 years of proven experience in a similar field, preferably in an international environment. Knowledge of SAP and mastery of Windows programs (Excel, Outlook, etc.). Sense of customer service, empathy, active listening, clear written and verbal communication, with a problem-solving spirit. Good resistance to stress and team spirit. Greek and English: (very) good knowledge both orally and in writing.
