Poudouleveis.gr on behalf of: ManpowerGroup Greece ManpowerGroup Greece , on behalf of a multinational manufacturing company, world leader in their sector is looking for a Technical Supervisor (Service Operations) Location: Kifisia ️You will be reporting to: Service Manager Greece and Cyprus Job Purpose: The role is responsible to oversee service activities, evaluate service performance and initiate corrective actions as needed. Manage service network including supervision of operation, adherence to agreed terms, contract and fees negotiation, organize training sessions, performance evaluation and improvements implementation. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensure effective communication and satisfaction. Collaborate internally for efficient service delivery and to support new business setup and project implementation. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee service activities, including field service, refurbishment, and spare parts supply, to ensure high-quality, consistent, efficient delivery as per agreed targets & customer satisfaction. Monitor and evaluate service performance and Quality metrics (KPIs) and initiate corrective actions as needed to address gaps. Supervise service network, ensuring adherence to agreed terms, optimal equipment operations and cost optimization. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service specifications, system updates, and contract changes. Manage, support, and lead a high-performing team; actively coach and develop team members. Organize training sessions for internal teams and external service partners (MSPs) on new products, technologies, and processes. Negotiate contracts, service fees, and terms with service providers to optimize cost-efficiency. Conduct regular performance reviews of Service Providers, identifying corrective actions for continuous improvement. Lead internal meetings to align service processes with company goals, focusing on productivity, cost reduction, and efficiency. Analyze and forecast spare parts needs to ensure an optimal supply chain and reduce service costs. Ensure effective communication with customers, responding promptly to their needs and concerns to enhance satisfaction. Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer expectations. Collaborate with other departments (e.g., spare parts, IT, logistics) to optimize overall service efficiency. Support new business setup, project implementations, and contract management. Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including proposing and implementing value-adding changes to existing processes.
