A Snapshot of Your Day As a Construction Manager (f/m/d) for Electrical Engineering in the Power Plant Area, you will be the point of contact for electrical engineering topics at our customers’ sites. Your work environment is nationwide in Germany. You will be responsible for managing construction sites as a construction manager. Additionally, you will work in a team on large projects and coordinate with internal and external subcontractors. You will work independently and be hands-on. You will handle the electrical engineering clarification in the field of power plant technology with your customers, addressing individual customer requirements and contract specifications, and implementing them with the customer and other internal or external partners. Additionally, tasks such as planning some projects may also be part of your responsibilities. Support and collaboration from your own team are very important. How You’ll Make An Impact Additionally, you will be involved in the creation, calculation, and coordination of offers and solutions for our customers. You will support your sales colleagues with technical questions as well as feasibility and effort estimation during the offer phase. You will also independently handle site-specific service businesses and projects. You will independently address highly complex service and maintenance issues on-site at our customers’ locations. Discussions with new suppliers are also part of your responsibilities. What You Bring You have completed apprenticeship as an electronics technician. Additionally, you have many years of professional experience in electrical engineering in the field of cable management as well as excellent knowledge in power plant technology. This includes expertise in personnel management and assembly activities in low and medium voltage systems. You have a confident demeanor with customers and suppliers, as well as assertiveness and negotiation skills. You have a strong interest in project planning and services at the customer site. You are willing to work on-site at customer locations nationwide Germany (100%). A valid driver’s license (Class B) and fluent German and intermediate English skills complete your profile.
