We are seeking for a professional to lead the transformation of our customer care and inventory management processes, optimizing operations across subsidiaries to enhance service levels, improve performance and ensure on-time delivery of customer orders. You are the ideal applicant if you have experience and find motivation in the followings: Professional leadership of the customer care and inventory management activities, ensuring seamless coordination between customer satisfaction and stock control .Establishment, development, control, and management of inventory practices, with a strong focus on ensuring customer order fulfillment and efficient stock levels, particularly at subsidiaries. Analysis, development, and improvement of on-time delivery rates for customer orders , identifying bottlenecks and implementing effective solutions.Improvement of inventory turnover rate and alignment with customer order patterns, determining and directing necessary actions to achieve targets.Reporting, analysis, and management of obsolete inventories, including defining and implementing corrective actions. Leadership of inventory and customer-related metrics , including prediction, analysis of variances, and their impacts, determining actions to improve both operational efficiency and customer experience.Defining and maintaining inventory and order management control parameters in the ERP system to support timely and accurate delivery. Overseeing and improving the customer order management process, including coordination of order tracking, issue resolution, and proactive communication with customers. Management and evaluation of annual and periodic inventory counts, ensuring accuracy. Monitoring, coordinating, measuring, and improving inventory-related and customer-facing activities across departments, ensuring checkpoints for: product and component introduction and phase-out, sales forecasts aligned with customer demand , deviations between sales plans, inventory levels, and actual results. Requirements: Relevant BSc or MSc degree 5+ years practical customer order fulfillment and demand management experience in an international corporate environment Proficiency in English for negotiations 5 years of managerial experience Advantages: Experience gained at a manufacturing company Practical experience with SAP Experience in a matrix organization Show more Show less
