You will join SEIDOR’s specialized pre-sales team as a cybersecurity specialist, forming part of an international team with a lot of growth and ambition. You will be integrated into a team with more than 60 professionals and with a mature and formalized methodology, collaborating with the sales force for the design of technical value proposals in cybersecurity. As part of the cybersecurity team, presales specialists provide technical support to the sales force for the preparation and exposition of offers. These offers can be both technical (CSIRT/SOC services, penetration tests and phishing attack simulation services, security assessment and training, data backup, and SEIDOR Cloud, etc.) and regulatory (NIS2, ISO 27001, Risk Plan, etc.) and must include the effort estimate aligned with the client’s requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Taking technical and functional requirements from customers’ needs. • Design and preparation of valuable commercial offers in the field of cybersecurity and IT Services. • Presentation and defence of proposals to the client. • Articulate the ROI and the potential loss in case of no intervention. • Track the status of opportunities. • Monitoring of the market and cybersecurity solutions. • Be the point of union in the after-sales phase between the customer and the Delivery team. • Design and validate new offerings, specifically in the field of training WHICH TASKS DO YOU NEED TO PERFORM? • Conducting interviews and requirements analysis to determine customer needs. • Preparation of value propositions, aligned with the needs conveyed. • Economic estimation based on the design of the projects/services. • Submission and follow-up of opportunities together with the sales team. • Exposure and defense of the value proposition and its qualities against the competition. • Handover of projects to the implementation team. SKILLS • Ability to analyse and evaluate requirements. • Drafting and presentation of high-value documents • Results-oriented • Responsibility and self-confidence • Teamwork • Excellent oral and written communication skills The following knowledge will be positively valued: • Working knowledge of security standards (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL, NIS 2…). • Knowledge of Risk Analysis and GRC tools. • Knowledge of SIEM tools and SOC/CSIRT services. • Knowledge of Windows environments (Active Directory, etc.) • Knowledge of CLOUD Azure/AWS environments. • Knowledge of communications networks, perimeter security, etc. • Knowledge of WEB application security and hacking techniques. • Knowledge of information systems security (electronic certificates and PKI, electronic signature, access control, application security, risk analysis, …). WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU? Academic qualification: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, computer engineering or related fields. Having a Master in Cybersecurity is a plus. Certifications or Experiences (not exclusive) are a plus.
