About the Company – We are looking to hire a skilled Maintenance & Inspection Engineer to support Estimation Department during BID phase. He should have experience in tendering phase (drafting of technical annexes / economical offer development), follow-up of maintenance-oriented continuous improvement projects and predictive maintenance. About the Role – As a Maintenance & Inspection Engineer, he will be required to: Support the Proposal Manager in reviewing the project technical documentation in respect to the contractual requirements; Support the Proposal manager in the development of technical annexes and cost estimation. Assist Tendering department during the development of OPEX estimate; Address safety aspects in all procedures and documents; Prepare the maintenance engineering execution plan; Identify, collect and process maintenance related design data from technical disciplines and vendors to build-up a comprehensive plant asset register which includes all the maintainable equipment; Organize the plant asset database; Plan maintenance strategies, procedures and tasks according to either the original equipment manufacturer data or the results of the performed reliability centered maintenance analysis and risk based inspection program; Develop maintenance and inspection programs of plant equipment according to their criticality; Collect project data and maintainability figures to perform the risk and reliability analysis, i.e. RBI and RCM; Support plant design and layout of the facilities to make sure the accessibility and maintainability requirements are properly addressed; Liaise with project design team, engineering service providers and vendors; Support the Head of Department in liaising with client representatives. Qualifications – Having gained 1/2 years of experience in the Oil & Gas sector is an added value. Required Skills Proven work experience as Maintenance & Inspection engineer during design phase (Engineering). Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, Instrumentation systems. Ability to read system schematics. Troubleshooting skills. Understanding of safety procedures. Good communication and training skills. Preferred Skills – It is required high competence in Microsoft Office, especially in Excel and Data Base like ACCESS or similar.
