We are looking for a SAP IT Exp ert to join o ur IT Departm e nt. Main objective of the posi tionAssist the design, development and maintenance of best-in-class IT solutions to support achievement of corporate tar getsSupport the management and fulfilment of IT requests received from other Departments with specific reference to the corporate ERP plat form General Responsibil itiesManage assigned activities with full respect of time, cost and quality constr aintsSupport analysis and optimization of business proc essesManage relationship with system users and coordinate activities of external delivery teamsCoordinate gathering, classification and formalization of users’ require mentsSupport functional design of IT solutions able to satisfy users’ requests, and the definition of functional specifica tionsSupport technical analysis, development, testing and release activities by the delivery teamsCoordinate users’ acceptance test and deployment phaseEvaluate functional/technical proposals, check and validate deliverables, define and maintain project plans and status update reports, monitor activities’ exec utionSupport users, draw up user manuals, and provide tra iningCoordinate issue management process (identification, tracking, analysis and resolution of issues that arise within the IT sy stem)Provide support in the preparation of IT presentations and repo rting Job Requir ementsMaster’s Degree (IT or Engine ering)Excellent knowledge of SAP modules (SD, MM, FI, CO, BW , web)Excellent knowledge of SAP ECC envir onmentExcellent knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point)Knowledge of ERP automotive processes is a plusKnowledge of SAP HANA is a plusProject and Service Management frameworks – certification is a plusFluent E nglish Compet encies Planning & Org anizingCommunication and Inter-personal SkillsCollaboration and t eamworkProject and Service Man agementAttention to detailsProblem SolvingFlex ibilityInnovation A pproachMulti-cultural a ttitude Show more Show less
