Key Accountabilities Support delivery of key HR technology initiatives which will address innovative optimization and simplification of at least 2 of our core and talent processes such as Compensation, Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting & Succession Be an expert in HR core and talent technology best practices, constantly keeping up with the latest trends and technologies Coordinates interfaces with other internal / local systems such as payroll, time and attendance, etc. and act as a liaison to IM and third-party vendors Participate in ongoing change advisory board meetings and act as key user for new SuccessFactors releases, incl. defining, testing and communicating new functionalities Coordinate incidents and systems changes with Information Management team Build ways of working in the team that support digitalisation and agile product management Co-Owner for module configuration, workflow management, business rules and role based security definitions of core and talent modules Formal Education Bachelorโs degree in business administration, computer science or a related field with specialization in Human Resources or HR data and systems. Working Experience 3+ relevant working experience Required Personal And Professional Skills Proven experience in implementing HR solutions in a global context Advanced technical understanding of HR systems (e.g. SAP HCM / SuccessFactors / Workday) Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills Certifications and/or Admin experiences with at least 1 of the core and talent modules: SuccessFactors Compensation, Employee Central, Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals, Recruiting or Succession & Development Your Contact Person If you have any questions about the advertised position or Sasol in Germany, Annika Bauer will be happy to help you.
