We are seeking a Demand Planner Specialist for our SIOP team at NCS. This role involves collaborating with all business units to secure a global forecast data input to ERP systems. You will ensure efficient forecast input through a close coordination and daily work with internal stakeholders and our customers. Key responsibilities include creating and updating the Global Forecast on a monthly basis, monitoring and improving forecast accuracy, kick off initiatives to improve the forecast process. You will drive the Demand planning process globally, facilitating cross-functional collaboration among key accounts, project leads, customer relations and our customers. This to develop a strong and accurate demand input on a monthly basis Responsibilities: Create and update the global forecast and master plan. Analyze big data to create trade-off scenarios impacting the supply chain. Conduct monthly Portfolio, Sales outlook globally Prepare and execute monthly Demand update at the SIOP meetings. Maintain and improve forecast accuracy calculations. Prepare and upload Budget Baseline data annually. Improve forecast accuracy through stakeholder initiatives. Support and act as a backup for the Manager of Global SIOP. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and participate in regular customer meetings. Participate in internal development projects. Qualifications: Bachelorโ€™s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management. Experience in a similar role or in production planning, logistics, or supply chain management. Proficiency in Microsoft products, ERP systems, and preferably other planning or modeling tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders. Ability to follow Sales & Operations Planning processes and present supply chain challenges. Strong analytical skills for handling complex data and deriving insights. Independent, results-oriented, and focused on achieving objectives. Ability to balance broad oversight with detailed focus on forecast figures, ensuring data quality. Comfortable addressing dilemmas and engaging in constructive confrontation. Skilled in facilitating S&OP meetings. Fluent in English.
