Accountant

Our company is the Greek branch of Delsk Group based in Athens. Delsk Group was founded in 2008 and over the years has established its presence by partnering with over 750 enterprises across the globe. We expertise in the design, construction and development of plots, alteration and redevelopments of buildings in Athens city center and suburbs. We create building structures focusing in luxury design and top quality materials. Construction has been one of the main goals of our company: we are already working on 50 construction and renovation projects and we are planning to take over more than 30 projects in the following three years. The Role: We are seeking for an Accountant to join our team in Athens Key Responsibilities · Issue tax numbers (ΑΦΜ) for our foreign investors as tax representative · Manage our customer data (names, addresses, etc.), validate and maintain our audit record of clients data changes · Preparation of property E9, yearly tax returns and rental declaration of clients · Communication with clients for their tax obligation (ENFIA, Tax Return) · Payment of tax obligations · Collecting, preparing and maintaining accounting documents and records. · Archiving of all the payments and invoices. · Prepare financial & accounting reports · Strong cooperation & smooth communication with counterpart colleagues. Requirements · Bachelor degree in Finance, Economic or Accounting. · Minimum of 3 year of experience in accounting position. · Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken. · Excellent command of MS Office. · Self-motivated; Strong sense of responsibility and cooperation. · A sense of urgency and a commitment to timely completion. · High standards of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
