Responsibilities
Back office support for field salespeople
Receiving and processing orders from customers
Creation of invoices, sending and recording in the program for e-invoices
Updating records of all issued and received invoices, tracking customers and payment deadlines
Giving orders to the warehouse for deliveries to customers
Warehouse status monitoring
Businesses of import of goods, preparation of import documentation, communication with the forwarder
Preparation of reports and presentations
Management and organization of office work, preparation and filing of documentation, record keeping, data processing and updating

Conditions
Minimum high school diploma in economics
Computer skills (MS Office programs)
Knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of working in Sefo (e-invoices)
