For our real estate management division, we are looking for a permanent employee at the Ringbahnstrasse location: n employee (wâ /â mâ /â d) CAD data management Pay group 10 TVöD VKA What you create with us Responsible for CAD data management and the interface to SAP RE-FX as well as our testing and Maintenance database for building technology systems Maintaining and updating CAD data and system data (e.g. as-built plans, technical drawings, information on technical systems) Ensuring and optimizing internal CAD standards in collaboration with external planning offices and internal specialist departments Advising the internal project management on CAD requirements and integration into digital inventory data Execution and administration of Training for CAD and CAFM software (e.g. AutoCAD, SAP RE-FX) What you bring with you Completed training as a construction draftsman, technical system planner, designer or a comparable qualification with CAD specialist training Experience in CAD administration and the safe use of AutoCAD Knowledge of SAP (PM and RE-FX) or similar databases or the willingness to be trained Experience in the control of Those involved in planning and in (CAD) data exchange with external engineering offices Basic knowledge of relevant regulations (e.g. building regulations, fire protection, accident prevention regulations) Good communication skills and a structured way of working What we offer Remuneration: We pay according to TVöD VKA with regular salary increases, an annual special payment and a additional company pension scheme (VBL).
