Biologist, Pharmacist, Medical Scientist as Project Manager - Oncology (f/m/d)

Our focus is on prophylactic vaccines, innovative cancer immunotherapies and protein-based therapies. Currently, all RNA people are striving to achieve our main goal: To bring multiple best-in-class mRNA drugs to market. To strengthen our team in Tübingen near Stuttgart or Wiesbaden, we are currently looking to recruit a Project Manager (f/m/d) Oncology Your Responsibilities: Manage and support a cross-functional, geographically dispersed and matrixed product development project team in the field of oncology Take care of the operational execution of projects assigned to the project team Set measurable goals for the project in alignment with team members and program leadership Develop implementation plans utilizing program/project management techniques and other applicable tools Ensure and maintain quality and accuracy of planning information and forecasts in enterprise planning systems Provide schedules, timelines, milestones, and performance reports Track progress towards accomplishing program milestones and deliverables in the respective management reporting tools and templates Drive the preparation for stage gate transitions of projects within a program Organize, facilitate, and document team meetings and workshops Ensure an appropriate level of stakeholder communication Your Qualifications: University degree in Science / Medicine, Business Administration or equivalent, MBA or a similar academic qualification Project Management track record in the field of pharmaceuticals / biotechnology / healthcare PMP or comparable project management certification Experience in managing global interdisciplinary and multicultural project/program teams in a matrix organization Motivating leadership behavior in a challenging status quo and the ability to drive transformation/influence the development of complex teams with a varying maturity status Ability to handle multiple topics and responsibilities simultaneously Experience in collaboration projects beneficial Knowledge of working in a stage gate framework is a plus Profound IT skills (Microsoft365, MS Project, risk management tools) Business fluency in English, German skills are a plus We offer you a challenging and varied opportunity with an innovative and dynamic company that is expanding.
