The organization of the department
Operating procedures
Compliance with HACCP regulations (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
The inventory of the department
Orders (supply)
Skills
Pleasant and enthusiastic personality
Teamwork and ability to work together
Desire for development and training
Accuracy and speed in the performance of assigned tasks
Requirements
Similar experience in luxury hotels or restaurants
Knowledge and experience in a la carte restaurant kitchens
Knowledge of thematic cooking (e.g. Italian, Asian) is desirable
Basic knowledge of the English language
Culinary school graduate
