We are currently looking for a Civil Proposals Engineer to join our Proposals team for Power Plants and Substations projects in Athens offices. Your role will encompass: Understanding the technical aspects of the Tender Identifying any risks as they arise from Tender documents associated with the Site conditions and requested arrangement Executing calculations for estimation of basic dimensions of several structures of the Project Evaluating bids from Partners, Sub-contractors and suppliers and presenting recommendations to the Proposal Manager Contacting the Customer and other proposals disciplines, departments (engineering, construction etc.), Partners, Sub-contractors, and external Consultants to fulfill the Tender requirements Composing Layout Plan of the proposal working closely with technical experts within the organization Composing Civil Works proposal (documentation, drawings, time schedule, and budget) Clarifying with the Customer for the submitted offer Archiving and organizing the proposal data What you bring to the role: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering 3+ years of work experience Experience in Structural Design analysis and/or Construction Site operations Proficient in AutoCAD Fluent in English Proficiency in French or German advantageous Willingness to travel to customer and Project sites in Greece and abroad Previous engagement in proposal/tendering/sales procedures or execution of Energy projects Robust organizational, communication, and time management skills Collaborative work with multidisciplinary teams, including Mechanical and Electrical Engineers Your Benefits: Competitive remuneration package Ticket Restaurant Card Group Health Insurance program Discount on the household electricity bill Pension Plan Cooperation, creativity and innovation: we adopt flexible cooperation models to achieve fast results and increased productivity Follow us on LinkedIn and stay updated on our latest news We respect your personal data.
