Main tasks:
·
Organize the CNC technology group to research special technical topics, including but not limited to new materials, new processing technology, new tools and methods, and other fields. Prepares reports and facilitates the evolution of the technology system over time along with the dynamic level of the industry. Improving the manufacturing technology of CNC programs.
·        Participate in asset design and initiate cost reduction measures. Design of machining equipment, design of milling machine (machining tool), cycle time optimization.
·        Ensure stable mass production of products, organize quality planning and review of process design activities, oversee implementation, and organize the implementation of corrective and preventive actions within the department.
·        Introducing technologies into series production, running simulations and tests.
·        Responsible for the technical management of mass production products, preparation and modification of process documents and ensuring processing and operational standards and schemes.
·        Leads technical staff to provide technical support to the manufacturing department to ensure improvements in manufacturing efficiency and quality.
·        Lead the team to participate in customer requirements review and supplier evaluation and organize the formulation and implementation of technical standards
·        Exploring customer requirements for product quality and competitor quality information.
·        Exploring customers' product quality requirements and competitors' quality information.
·        The position manager reports directly to the CEO.
Requirements:
·
At least 5 years of work experience
·       Mechanical engineer (production technologist specialization = production technologist)
·        Work experience in CNC machining
