Compacttilt in Nørre Åby is expanding the service team with 1 position for off-road product service, installation and repair

Compacttilt is a Danish manufacturer of tilt and tiltrotator for construction machines, looking for 1 colleague to expand the service team.
As a service fitter in the service team at Compacttilt, the tasks are:

Outbound service tasks requested by dealers - carried out at the machine's location
Repairs carried out at the factory in the service workshop
Guidance per telephone and service visit in product installation on excavators in class 1-10Tons

This means that in the position you have a broad contact surface, where it is important that you possess the skills for good product technical understanding (mechanical, hydraulic and electrical), have a good overview, find it natural to provide a good customer experience, and work well in a reporting culture where you report to the service department's Service Manager who plans, coordinates and completes the department's tasks in cooperation with you.
In the position of service fitter, the daily tasks include:

Mechanical, hydraulic and electrical troubleshooting on service tasks
Carrying out mechanical, hydraulic and electrical service tasks
New installation, including double proportional HS2 control system on new excavators in class 0-10T.
Telephone support for dealers' service departments, end users as well as technical support
Performs the basis of documentation in the ERP system for the execution of tasks for internal follow-up

The service team you will be part of today consists of 2 service fitters, 1 service coordinator and 1 internal sales colleague.
For the position, it is expected that:

You have a mechanical education or several years of relevant experience from a similar field of work
Experience with hydraulic and electrical component assembly and installation
Want a position where you are a clear player in creating good customer support and experiences

In the position of service fitter, you will be part of a developing and growing company, with an informal atmosphere and good teamwork together with the factory's other 30 employees.
 
The position is a 37-hour permanent position.
The working hours are: Monday-Thursday: 6.00 to 14.45, and Friday [phone removed].
The planning endeavors to keep the working hours to the above, but flexibility is expected in relation to the above working hours.
Salary according to individual conditions, including health scheme and pension scheme.
Compacttilt is located in 5580 Nr. Åby, right at the motorway exit.
