Responsibilities: Efficient classification and organization of storage spaces according to product categories, ensuring their accessibility and optimal management. Carrying out quantitative and qualitative checks of goods received from departments, according to transfer notes, to guarantee compliance with quality standards. Managing goods transfers between the central stock and sub-stocks, as well as processing returns, when necessary, to maintain an efficient stock flow. Ensuring a clear and correct record of the transfer documents issued, to facilitate transparency and accessibility of information. Accurately weighing products and recording them in the computer system, to ensure the accuracy of stock data. Systematic updating and chronology of inventory data, to accurately reflect the current state of the inventory. Performing daily inventory checks and delivering goods according to the FIFO (first in, first out) principle, to minimize the risks of product expiration. Carrying out a monthly inventory to ensure the accuracy and integrity of the inventory, facilitating the identification of possible discrepancies. Maintaining a effective communications with the staff in the warehouse, as well as with other departments or external suppliers, to ensure smooth collaboration and quick resolution of problems. Implementation and compliance with safety and health regulations at work in the warehouse, to protect employees and company assets. Identifying opportunities to improve the processes of warehousing and stock management, thus contributing to increasing the efficiency of operations. Participation in the training and orientation of new personnel in terms of storage procedures, use of equipment and stock management.
