You are passionate about setting frameworks and building structure in collaboration with colleagues
Your main task in the role of Compliance Supervisor, Health & Safety is to establish a collaboration and run a steering group which must ensure an increased focus on safety and the working environment at our 5 factories in Denmark and our one factory in Sweden.

In your new everyday life as Compliance Supervisor, Health & Safety, you will be the crank who must ensure that we comply with the applicable working environment, hygiene and safety standards.

In the newly created and absolutely central role, you will be in charge of:

Advise and spar with HSE colleagues from other departments on occupational health and safety
Guarantee that we always follow applicable regulations within the working environment legislation
Coordinating annual plans with external parties in the working environment area
Develop policies and processes to support the safety journey, such as Golden rules, Safety Walks, etc.
Support the factories' APV work and ATEX mapping
Contribute relevant input and data within the working environment to the annual EcoVadis rating
Ad hoc tasks

Experience with quality, environment, safety and working environment
You have a relevant educational background as an engineer or equivalent and solid practical experience within the working environment area, preferably from a manufacturing company. Ideally, you are also trained as a lead auditor or internal auditor on ISO 45001.
In addition, we think that you:

has solid experience with working environment and safety
has a basic knowledge of ISO14001
is good at communicating, creating camaraderie and good collaboration across departments
have a systematic and structured approach to your work
takes pride in correct data support for your function (We are implementing SAP S/4 HANA in the spring and also work at Google)
fluent in written and spoken Danish and English
