Our Consultant Chef The twice awarded with two Michelin stars and a Michelin Green star chef Thanos Feskos leads the culinary journey at Mystique with a clear philosophy focused on refined yet authentic Cycladic taste, honoring original pledge for locality paired with clean eating. Role Overview The Cook C is responsible for assisting in the preparation and service of food for guests and staff under the supervision of the Head Chef. Key duties and responsibilities Preparing ingredients and assisting in the preparation of dishes as directed by Cook A or Cook B Following proper cooking procedures and techniques to ensure food is prepared in line with health and safety standards Maintaining cleanliness of workstations, tools, and kitchen equipment Assisting with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required during and after service Following guidelines for food storage, ensuring all products are stored safely and labeled correctly Helping with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, peeling, and portioning Maintaining high standards of personal hygiene and cleanliness in the kitchen Supporting team members during peak times by working efficiently and remaining organized Requirements Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety Previous experience in a kitchen or cooking role is an advantage Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Strong attention to detail and cleanliness Good communication skills Very good knowledge of English language.
