Requirements For Cooks & Pastry Chefs: Strong passion for cooking and baking with creativity and attention to detail. Experience in a high-volume kitchen is preferred. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and consistency. A good understanding of Greek & knowledge of English For Waiters/Waitresses, Bartenders, Baristas, and Hostess: Friendly, professional, and passionate about providing excellent service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure. Previous experience in hospitality is a plus, especially in customer-facing roles.
