Determining the target cost for new products and their components. Estimating the cost for new products and their components during the development phase. Tracking and analyzing the cost of mass-produced products. Defining and monitoring cost-reduction actions to reach the target cost (in cooperation with Product Management, Purchasing, R&D, and Production departments). Actively participating in the Simultaneous Engineering team’s work. Analyzing and evaluating product costs for products already in serial production. Carrying out necessary cost-reduction measures to reach the target cost. Supporting modular product development. Cost analysis and decision-making support for new product development projects/products. Defining and monitoring complexity cost reduction actions in new product development projects. Követelmények Higher education in engineering field. At least 3 years of experience in product development, cost calculation, and product cost analysis. Excellent technical drawing reading skills. Very good analytical thinking skills, as well as independent, flexible, and effective working methods. Excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as business-fluent English. Confident use of MS Office and SAP. Assertive personality. Conflict resolution skills. Proactivity. Ability and willingness to adapt to an international environment.
