is looking for a Cook B' for the 2025 season for the Elix hotel in Perdika, Thesprotia.
Responsibilities:
Preparation of the work area
Support for hot and cold kitchen needs
Preparation of raw materials according to Chef's instructions
Responsible for his post
Compliance with HACCP regulations (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
Teamwork and ability to work together

Requirements
Similar experience in a 4 or 5 star hotel kitchen or a la carte restaurant
Knowledge of thematic cooking (e.g. Italian, Asian) is desirable
Basic knowledge of the English language
Knowledge of ISO and HACCP
Bachelor of Culinary Arts
