Digital HR Project Manager

The company’s most important business line is the service business represented by over 24,000 service technicians. The product portfolio covers commodity elevators for residential and commercial building to cutting-edge, highly customized solutions for state-of-the-art skyscrapers. In addition, it also consists of escalators and moving walks, passenger boarding bridges, stair and platform lifts. Digital HR Project Manager Feladatok Your responsibilities: You will prioritize demands and will derive and monitor the implementation of our HR IT roadmap balancing budgets and benefits. You will set up and execute various HR digitalization projects in close collaboration with the global and European HR and IT community. Your focus lies on the further development of our current technology landscape (especially ServiceNow HR Service Delivery, SuccessFactors Employee Central and our efile solution Opentext). You will work closely with our IT department, our external IT providers, the HR Business Process Analysts in our Solution Center Europe as well as the Europe Africa CHRO team. You will always keep in mind how we can continuously harmonize processes and data.
