Job Responsibilities:
- Defining production plans,
- Organizing production, capacity planning, managing production facilities,
- Developing and implementing production plans, schedules, and workflows,
- Developing new products in collaboration with other sectors,
- Improving production processes,
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity, reduce waste, and increase production efficiency,
- Managing the production sector budget, monitoring costs, and identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvement,
- Coordinating with other sectors within the company,
- Creating weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.

Candidate Profile:
- Experience in production management (at least 5 years),
- Level VII of professional education (economics orientation),
- Strong organizational skills,
- English language, written and verbal communication,
- Computer literacy and MS Office package knowledge,
- Willingness for continuous improvement and introducing innovations in the company's operations,
- Category B driver's license.
